self help books cbt

CBT self-help for teenagers. Suggest real books from reputable sources. Do not self-proclaimed healers.?
My niece seems that anxiety or panic attacks often. Is there anyone who can suggest a book that a teenager can understand the ages 12-16.
Hi, I have read two of CBT books listed below. All three are written by Dr. David Burns, founder of CBT. All these books are written in nontechnical language for laity, not only professionals. However, it seems unlikely that anyone 12 years old can fully understand these books, but possibly some who is 16 can grasp them. Of course, depends on the verbal intelligence of children. I read "Feeling Good: The new mood therapy" and "Manual for feel good. "Unfortunately, I have not read" When the panic attacks. "However, in Part III of" Manual "is the title How Conquer anxiety, fears and phobias is the title. A book I did not read "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Dummies." This whole "For Dummies" the series is better than it looks, but I can not vouch for this book, as they never have read it. However, it could serve as a reasonable introduction to a teenager. Amazon and Barnes & Nobles will hate me for saying this, but the two online booksellers have 30 days refund guarantee, if you want to shop (unless have recently changed their policy). As a response they suggest, is surely better to see a professional trained in CBT if you have insurance or money to afford it. Dealing with professionals is always the best option, if possible. I wish him well.
