classic literature children

These days, both children and adults delight in dressing in all sorts of Halloween costumes, whether they are the latest icons of pop culture or some classic figure of literature, it can be fun. But where does all this come from?
Originally, Halloween was a pagan festival known Sow as Samhain (pronounced-in), and people believed that the spirits of the dead returned for the evening. People use a dual method to protect themselves from being taken. First, baskets of food left on the edge of their villages as offerings, and secondly, dressed in elaborate costumes to hide from the dead. These were the plain dress of coarse cloth and a mask generally to resemble a wild beast.
When he became Samhain Eve of All Saints Day – All Hallow's Eve – Halloween costumes was in line with the doctrine of the church: the saints, nuns, monks and so on, although occasionally the demon or ghost creep
By the time the holiday came to America in the late nineteenth century, was viewed as a time for adults gather for a lively holiday – with lots of "spirits" – and without disguises. It was not until the baby boom that Halloween became a time of fun as costumes children dressed in everything from pirates to the police to astronauts suits. Many companies started manufacturing clothing for Halloween Costumes and plastic masks, but some of them were highly flammable. Over time, they were made safer and more elaborate. In addition, several types of suits have added as adolescents and adults began to use more often. People could dress like a favorite literary character, television personality or icon pop culture. Today, people can dress as any of Harry Potter to Dracula and even President Obama – and some debate as to which is the most frightening.
Our ever-popular writer Rachel Fierro is a Halloween Costumes expert and gives great advice when it comes to Adult Halloween Costumes & Sexy Halloween Costumes.
